Once a functional object, this miniature silver envelope was made to carry postage stamps in the early 20th century. Made to shorten the distance between two people.The conversation simply found another century. First with someone through a letter. Now with someone through time.

Silver carries time beautifully. Rather than removing its patina entirely, we preserve it where it has settled naturally.
